Oregon Green Free Website Terms & Rules

Meds and Clones:

• Selling marijuana for any purpose is illegal in the state of Oregon.
• However it is legal for OMMP cardholders and registered caregivers to give clones or medicine to one another.
• Oregon Green Free forbids all members from asking for clones or meds in the Public Forums, this is acceptable only in the Private Forums. Any such posts will be deleted and the poster will be given one warning.
• If you are a registered OMMP cardholder you are eligible to become an Oregon Green Free verified member.
• Your paid membership includes discounts to all OGF events and functions as well as discounts from participating merchants. You will also gain access to our private forums where you may network with other cardholders and request clones or medicine. Oregon Green Free provides this service to verified cardholders as a courtesy.
• This is not a guarantee of the availability of meds and/or clones. OGF is not responsible for any requests or the quality of any meds or clones received. You are responsible for arranging ALL the details for meeting others, (time, date and the location) and pick-up arrangements.
• OGF does not provide cannabis or clones to our members.
• Sending marijuana seeds or clones through the mail is illegal. Do not encourage, condone, or talk about this or any other illegal activity on OregonGreenFree.com (or .us, .info, .org, .net sites).
• Buying seeds from any seed bank is illegal. Any discussion of this activity will be considered in violation of the TOS. Do not post the URLs to seed banks. These will be edited and/or deleted.
• You can find clones of almost any strain for free by asking in the Private Forums Green Room.

Etiquette:

• Be kind. Have respect for one another. Do not make posts that flame another member, or start topics designed to disparage other members in any way. These will be deleted.
• If you are having a dispute with another member, please try to resolve it via PM, email or privately, before you address it on the boards. Never air disagreements or disputes in the public forums - these posts will be deleted.
• If you are having a caregiver/patient disagreement with another member, mediation services are available.
• Site disputes and problems with any of the site staff or moderators are to be brought to Admin by PM, not addressed on the open forums.
• Inappropriate Screen Names and Avatars will be removed or changed at the discretion of the Administration.
• Language and conduct should be appropriate for a medical forum. There are opt-in forums where these rules are more relaxed.
• You may not block Admin or Moderators from PMing you.
• OGF’s Staff works hard for no money and deserves your respect. Do not flame or argue with a moderator or admin over a moderating decision.
• OGF Admin and Board Members reserve the right to refuse service and cancel a membership at any time.
• Do not publish private messages in the forums without the permission of all parties concerned.
• Private forums are just that, PRIVATE. Please do not broadcast to other forums or boards what you read in the private forums. It is not only a violation of TOS it is against the law.
• You may not make reference to a member's disability to hurt them, and you may not imply that there is something mentally wrong with them. This includes statements like "please get help". If you do this, you will receive one warning, and if you persist or repeat the behavior, you will be banned.
• Do not attack another member based on his or her race, religion or sexual orientation. Posts containing content that is obscene, vulgar, racial, hateful, physically threatening, or of a graphic sexual content will be deleted. This is not acceptable. Members who do so will receive one warning and if they repeat the offensive behavior, will be banned.

Advertising:

• You may not post advertisements for any products in signature lines unless you have purchased a Premium membership. Sig lines by non-Premium members that have advertisements in them will be deleted.
• All members may post advertisements or items for sale in the Classifieds forum with the following exception:
  No ads, or links to ads, shall be posted pertaining to garden supply resellers or gardening consultants or other cultivation services on this site without prior written permission from OGF.
  Any and all business must have permission from admin to post any adds and do so within the limits specified.
• Posting your personal contact information in the forums or public profile is in violation of the TOS and will be edited out and/or deleted. This includes your address, phone number or email.If you are a paid OGF member, you have PM privileges and may give out your contact information to other members by PM.

General:

• The expressed views of the message author are not necessarily the views of Oregon Green Free. Any user who feels that a posted message is objectionable is encouraged to contact us immediately by using the report system on the site or by email or Personal Message. We have the ability to remove objectionable messages and we will make every effort to do so, within a reasonable time frame, if we determine that removal is necessary.
• You agree, through your use of this service, that you will not use this bulletin board to post any material which is knowingly false and/or defamatory, inaccurate, abusive, vulgar, hateful, harassing, obscene, profane, threatening, invasive of a member's privacy, or otherwise in violation of any law.
• You agree not to post any copyrighted material unless the copyright is owned by you or by this bulletin board. Posts that contain the full text of an article will be deleted.
