I renew Next month but am keeping the Same Grower and Caregiver... So Do I just put "Same as on file" on all of us and turn that in or will I need another copy of their ID to turn in?

So if the paperwork has the stamp on it from the DHS OMMP then the grow site is covered until the card comes? I'm guessing the patient walked the paperwork through to get the stamp. I'm happy to help out a friend in need.

Yep, the paperwork works as the card until the card comes in.

Don't take any chances that they will have to look up anything. FILL in all the information on a renewal so it is exact and be sure to send the copies of their ID. Everything should be valid for that ID, like DL or ID cards from the state. If you have any doubts call the DHS/OMMP number included in your renewal packet. I had a small problem on mine and they mis-read the info and I got my grower as my cg. It was easily fixed and I returned the WRONG cards and soon got the CORRECT ones in the mail. (I would not write, the info is on file, as you are RENEWING the info at this point.)
