The cost of state-issued identification cards for medical marijuana patients in Riverside County is set to go up, from $100 to $153, as of July 1, county officials said today. The increase for Medi-Cal patients will be from $50 to $76.50, said Victoria Jauregui Burns, head of the county card program.
