Posting in the Gallery

So I have been able to post pictures from my computer to my albums but it wont let me move them to certain areas because of size. How do I go about reducing them so I can post in the Gallery. It seems this is the area I am having problems posting. The same picture wont fit in different areas I guess.Thanks for your help with this. DB:D

You need to use a program that has a resize
feature.
The one I use has a batch resize also so I can do all of them at one time.
I use PhotoImpression. http://arcsoft-photoimpression.en.softonic.com/
