I was charged with Dead Plants. When the SWAT Team came I did not resist, the police had been by twice before and I had shown them I was not over my numbers, yet just a few days after the last visit, the SWAT Team came anyway.
They forced their way in, Guns drawn and in my face! My trailer is 12' x 55' and there were 10 SWAT GUYS IN MY HOME!
I had 4 dead plants in my back yard that had a couple of green leaves on them, but they were dead from mites. I was under my number of adults, 5 and only had the 8 in veg, with a couple of plants that had died, but had not been removed from the shelf, 2'x4'. The rest of the "plants" were the stalks my bird loves to chew, also not Illegal to possess.
I WAS NEVER OVER MY NUMBERS! THIS WAS DONE BY THE METH ADDICT NEXT DOOR AND THE MANAGEMENT THAT HAS SINCE BEEN REMOVED BY THE STATE OF OREGON, THAT WAS HOW MANY COMPLAINTS WERE MADE AGAINST THEM! THE METH ADDICT NEXT DOOR IS RELATED TO THE HEAD NARCOTICS OFFICER OF THE STATE OF OREGON, DENNIS DINSMORE, WHO HAS SPENT MORE THAN TEN YEARS TERRORIZING ME! THAT WAS WHY THE SWAT Team busted me, even when I was not over, because if they didn't, they would have had to bust my neighbor who lied, to get the warrant in the first place.
So if your neighbor has a cop buddy and you have some problems with them, they can do the very same thing!
I also want to add that the other part of their warrant was from PGE's Cowboy, who joins these SWAT Team guys on their raids! So if you wonder why their rates are so high, they have to insure these Cowboys, who might get shot! They also can give testimony without being asked by a warrant! I am going to sue them over this, but we as a community have to ask PGE why they have their employees going out on raids? Also why is it, they believe that they know how many lights are legal and how many are not, just by your electric bill! Not by actually looking to see how many lights you have, SOLELY ON THE OPINION OF A PGE COWBOY!
So if you as a patient are burning more than 1 light, they can say you are a Commercial grow and get a warrant based on these Cowboy's Opinion! EVEN IF YOU ARE NOT BURNING MORE THAN A 400! JUST ON THE OPINION, THAT YOU ARE USING TOO MUCH ELECTRIC, THIS WITH OUT EVEN COMPARING TO YOUR NEIGHBORS OR A COMPARABLE HOUSE, MERELY ON THE OPINION OF THESE COWBOYS! THAT WAS HOW THEY GOT THIS WARRANT! BASED ON ABSOLUTE BS!
SO DO NOT THINK, JUST BECAUSE YOU ARE A PATIENT AND UNDER YOUR NUMBERS YOU ARE SAFE.
YOU ARE NOT! METH ADDICTS WILL LIE FOR THE COPS, JUST TO STEAL WHAT EVER YOU HAVE, PLUS CONTINUE TO COMMIT THEIR CRIMES WITH THE POLICES PROTECTION!
EVEN AFTER THE AMOUNT OF COMPLAINTS I HAVE MADE TO EVERY LAW MAKER IN OREGON, THIS METH ADDICT NEXT DOOR HAS NEVER BEEN VISITED BY THE POLICE! EVEN WITH OTHER NEIGHBORS CALLING ABOUT THE THEFT AND METH ADDICTS GOING THROUGH OUR NEIGHBOR HOOD TO HER HOUSE, THEY HAVE NEVER VISITED HER!
SO BE AWARE AND PROTECT YOUR SELVES. THE POLICE GET THEIR NUMBERS WETHER YOU ARE GUILTY OR NOT, PATIENTS MAKE EASY TARGETS AND POLICE HAVE NO CONSCIENCE!
