I told them I was not going to answer any questions or consent to asearch, however we were medical and in compliance. After about 40 minutess of me invoking my right to remain silent and informing them I had an attorney, they finally left unhappy!

Yep, give the guy a taste of his own medicine. I would definately consider somebody sneaking around my property trying to cause me harm as grounds and justification for trespassing charges. You may have to call the cops and do a citizens arrest on the fellow. You have a witness and possibly even the guy's own photographic evidence.
The cops won't mind. They just want to arrest somebody.

Mike Aguilar's testimony starts at about 5:47 minutes into the first video....the second is his finishing remarks. Quite an eye opener, and there was no valid reason for the harassment.
Exercise your rights and do NOT let them in. Make them get a warrant and remember, anything you say could be held AGAINST you!!

it would have been only 40 seconds had you asked them to leave your property. if they didn't, they would be trespassing...

Sean is correct. It goes like this:

"Are you the homeowner?'
"I am"
"Can we come in and talk/search/sniff around/hump yer dog?"
"Once you show me a signed order from a judge, you may do whatever that paper specifically spells out. Otherwise, you should be aware that you are on private property, and since you came uninvited to a crimeless scene, you are being so warned to leave the premisis."

And I always make them show me their badge and photo ID. Then I ask for a superior to verify their ID.

Cops got rules, too. Make them follow them. We have to...
