When you start a new thread or reply to an existing one, look a little bit below the text window and you will see a button called "Manage Attachments" which will allow you to upload photos from your PC to the thread you are either creating or replying to.
Here's my drumming inspiration.... :D

Need a faster connection I guess. Or I just need to pay more attention to the vape bag and be mellow.

This only works if the picture you are trying to include in a post is already on the internet somewhere. If you want to upload a photo from your computer you need to do as Tom suggested.
If you need to resize a pic and don't have decent image editing software, you:
1) right click on the image and choose "edit". That will open up MS Paint.
2) From the "image" menu, select "properties". This will tell you your height/width image dimensions. Do not change these, but use them for reference. What you want to do is get your image under 1024px WIDE.
3) Again, from the "image" menu, now select "resize/skew"
4) from the resize portion, select a percentage for BOTH the height/width that will make your image under 1024px. If your dimensions from step 2 were 3000px wide, you would enter 33% which would end up being 1000px, but you need to enter the same percentage for both height and width or it will end up distorted.
5) save the image and upload it like Tom suggested.
Using MS Paint really sucks for this and other graphic programs do it much easier, but if you don't have one you gotta use what you have. Maybe your camera came with other editing software or there are other free ones on the net if you search. Enter "free image editor" or something into google.
If you need more help just let us know.

I haven't tried this, but here is a link to an image resizer that looks easy enough to use. Please use at your own risk.
