An anonymous OGFer did a great interview with Wilson Chow and it should be aired on Channel 8 morning news and NW CableNews tomorrow morning! She has to remain anonymous as she is actively seeking a job and has already faced discrimination as a cardholder. SB 465 will hurt her even further and she really needs the job! I am proud of her and her caregiver for all their hard work on this! :wub:

Our voices are our greatest strength. Many OGF MEMBERS are stepping up to write letters, give testimony at hearings (live and in more letters) to their legislators. Keep up the flow with the media. Even a phone call to a tv or radio station can be supportive.
This session has some major changes in store if all the marijuana laws that have been submitted to the legislature get passed.

More laws to hassle folks who are working and finding healing with cannabis. The lies and the myths are being seen through by the common citizens of Oregon.
I like to think that by talking directly by phone or in person also has a tremendous effect when you call your representatives in congress.

I hear there are about a dozen more states that are considering MMJ changes soon. The battle front is broadening.
WE are winning with our TRUTH!! WE are being SEEN and heard and maybe even better understood when we are more visible.


I am proud to be here among you and educating ourselves to the issues that WILL effect US. Being here with a group like this you learn not to FEAR talking about our issues and it makes us all more confident when we
SPEAK for our beliefs.

Let's get that video captured and posted here as soon as its available. Anonymous or not....this patient is one of us and I admire their strength and courage to take a stand and speak out.
I send a special energy to them through the universe: that thier light shines bright and they are empowered to be the change they seek to make in the world. :wub:
