I thought the interview went well, Jim did a great job and KOIN seemed to take the matter seriously. I think that it would have been nice though if someone would have pointed out the irony in that while the legislature is willing to consider precluding Medical Cannabis users from employment for positive drug tests, they would not even allow a bill to drug test legislators to make it to the floor for any debate.
After news reports last year of legislators on the floor and voting while visibly intoxicated and Kelly Wirth being arrested for possession of meth I think they should be the first in line for testing.

Story was good in that Donahue did not take a condescending or tongue in cheek attitude. His approach was unbiased.
Good face time for OGF and Jim. You looked mahvahlous! Good to see John too... but who medicated for the camera? I liked that part.
As usual, in todays news format, they did not have the time to give the issue adequate scrutiny. 2:30 minutes is a good chunk of broadcast time, but the story could have been more focused and perhaps included a statement from a proponent of this rotten proposal. Give them a chance to 'splain their position in a :15sec sound byte.
favorite quote; " and this is where the babies go." Jim Klahr.

Still no mention of it being legal to be taking prescibe RXs of Xanax, Valium, Oxycodone and many other highly impairing drugs, not only off work time, but DURING work. Getting it ok to take the MMJ at work is a second issue. Right now you can't get or keep many jobs if you have medicated off hours and not under the influence of it. I know cardholders who work in invironments of heavy saws etc., who can't utilize thier MMJ right unless on vacation ect, or could lose all they worked for etc.. But the guy next to him is taking lots of the above crap and it's OK!!! Gotta run, will catch up with all the comments later....
