Governor’s council to receive medical marijuana briefing Aug. 26
What: Public meeting of the Governor's Council on Alcohol and Drug Abuse Programs
When: Aug. 26, 9:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
Where: Oregon Department of Human Services Training Facility, Mt. Mazama Room (126), 3414 Cherry Ave., Salem
Agenda: Beginning at 9:35 a.m. council members will be briefed on the medical marijuana program. At 11:30 a.m. there will be a report by the Oregon Workforce Investment Board on employee assistance programs and at noon there will be announcements and reports from liaison groups, including an update from the DHS Addictions and Mental Health Division. At 12:45 p.m. there will be a panel discussion on integrated services and co-occurring disorders, followed by a council discussion at 3 p.m.
