Edit own posts?

I seem to be un able to edit my own posts, and I personally make a lot of typos and edit just about every post lol. Could it be reset to allow users to edit there posts pleaze' :)

you are able to edit your post for a short period of time after submitting it. after that you need to ask a mod to do it.

Also, before you make your actual post, you can hit the 'preview' button and see how it will look. You can edit it as much as you want there, but once you 'submit' a new thread there is a time limit on the editing.

Yea, it's my mistake.

I use firefox with the spell checker set to check all text fields every time I type so there's really no excuse for my spelling to be bad. Often times I find myself using the wrong words that are spelled correctly but not correct and I don't catch it all the time.

What I need is "an" grammar checker I guess lol I'm sure firefox will get "on" soon.
