I may soon be entering into a contractual agreement with a caregiver/grower and would like any input as to questions I may need to ask or information to supply to the other party.
So far:
Monthly med consumption
my qualifying conditions
ability to request specific strains be grown
what costs will I be responsible for
Is there something else?
Thanks for your help

Here is an agreement in Microsoft Word.
It is for a multiple patient garden and is a good start if you are making your own.
Use it as a template and modify to fit your needs.

Thank you for providing the contract, Mr. Fixit.
I have decided to continue growing my own little garden. I originally thought having a caregiver would be the easy out but growing is all that bad and I do like to sit with my plants. :whistling:
Patch-thank you for considering me! I think your a compassionate easygoing person and I am sure it would have been great working with you. I believe whomever you choose to sign on will be extremely pleased with the relationship AND the meds. :bigemo_harabe_net-193:
Thank eveyone who PM'd me with advice and things to consider.
It's great having the support.

I always try and get people to grow for themselves over a caregiver. It is theraputic growing your own plus you have full control.
If there is any help needed I am sure you know where to ask.
