What would you put on your OMMA wish list? How would you make OMMA safe for every patient?
1. Medical necissity clause.
2. larger plant count
3. higher weight allowance
4. dispensaries
5. research
6. mmj friendly care facilities
7. removal of size limits (no more 12X12 rule)
What else can you think of?

monetary consequences for LEO when they wrongly go after patients.
ban the media from disclosing legal grow addresses. such as when theres a fire and they report the grow then later find out its legal, they've just disclosed information that can endanger those growers lives.

the program can only come up for review every 4 years,(or longer) might be nice!
maybe help to slowdown/end the chipping away of the ommp.

If i'm not mistaken Montana offers reciprocity to all other state MMJ programs. I'm guessing you weren't talking about Montana.

The time of card is worthy. Since it is not just a logistical lineup but also the medical part and the money involved. The card should have a designated lifetime according to the disability and longevity of such. Chronic pain is just that chronic, mostly for life. If one obeys all the rules this should at least last as long as a registration. Thank you for your time.:spaceman:

The absolute right to travel with your medicine. I don't go visit family in Florida because I can't "travel across state lines" with it, and the fact that Florida SUCKS! Kinda like reciprocity I guess.

Reciprocity is a bad Idea till MMJ is legal federally. We cant even get people on the same page in our own state let alone from one somewhat autonomous state government to another. Thats why federal protection is necessary first. Besides Oregon doesn't have reciprocity laws for concealed carry due to something about it not being possible because it isn't allowed for in the state constitution.

Im on permanet ssd. A judge said im disabled, chronic conditions, ect. Why do i need to re-do my card everyyear. Lets go 4 or 5 year cards for those on disability? Also Increase indoor plant count. Seperate indoor and outdoor grows per plant count. 2 to 3 oz indoor vs 12 oz outdoors per plant?????????????????

In my opinion, I feel that Dispensaries would benefit Patients the most.
But not giving up the right to grow for yourself, just to gain a Dispensary situation.
I also agree with the above statements. Why should those that are rated as permanetly disabiled have to keep paying yearly to gain access to the OMMP?
It couldn't be about money, right?

I'd like reciprocity and
all medical conditions research has proven can benefit from cannabis allowed and
some way to prioritize meds for patients out of time & those who physically can't grow would be wonderful!

AUTISM
for my friend
who passed away
& left an autistic son
I had a devoted mom who treated her son to keep him
calm & functional. But this problems in the dark, folks, 'cause if parents talk about it, DHS may take away their
"children". Isn't THAT sick?
