:smiliz08: How much are we to provide for our Patient, And at what intervals are we to make these amounts available? :smiliz50: :bigemo_harabe_net-163:

What does your contract that you and your patient worked out after discussing their needs and your capabilities say? There is no one answer!

It is different with every case.
The idea is to have a contract between the patient and the grower that states what is excpected from both parties. If you are a grower growing for only one patient and you are not a patient yourself all the meds belong to the patient. Whatever you work out between you and the patient as long as you are both happy is a good thing.

:o Agreement? :( What agreement? As I understand it, I can only have seven plants at or over twelve inches tall at a time. last summers crop was prematurly havested by strangers. :diablo: So I am just now starting to flower again. :sarcastic: I so wish that the idea presented by stoney girl come to fruition. We really need a place to go for meds in cases like these, instead of the BLACK MARKET! :ninja:

Actually you can only have SIX plants over 12" tall or wide OR in flower.....
A good thing to do is to get to know other growers that you can work with in emergencies in order to take care of your patients.

You can have 18 less than 12" wide and 12" high and NOT in flower.
The agreement is the one you sign with your grower. If you do not have one then you should get one.
As to being able to get meds other than the black market once you become a verified member here you will have access to the private forums where meds can be found through members of the site. :thumbsup_anim:
Living in the south coast area you should post in the south coast chapter to get together with others in your area too.

Any agreement should have the names of the gower and the paitent. It should be stated how much meds you supply the paitent each month. I like to dispers on a shedule of every month. You should also address wheather or not the plants will be shared by all the paitents. I require the paitent release single ownership of the plants and accept joint ownership. I often dont grow all the plants I could grow- we share the harvest. If any paitent leaves - I distroy all plants over my limit if a paitent leaves. If they want the dead plants, I give them to them. I supply all the meds my paitents need for no cost to them. I do require that all surplus meds be available to other OMMP paitents. Im sure the contracts dont mean much, but I feel beter having them.

clinton[/b]Contracts do mean something as was proven in a court case about just such a thing.
I do the same as Clinton and no one patient in the garden owns any certain # of plants. They share the meds produced depending on their individual needs.
I will post a couple contracts we use for the use of the patients as soon as I can.
