Negative on the card :( I'm in the process of establishing OR residency, and I need the info on exactly how to acquire my past doctor's records. I'm from CA and all of my stuff is there, so I have some work to do. Establish residency, get medical records, and find a doctor in my area that is covered under my Blue Cross plan :0

you best option will most likely be the THCF clinic. they have a form you fill out and send to your doc for your medical records. most times this is done for no charge. the OMMP website is http://oregon.gov/DHS/ph/ommp/legal.shtml you'll want to familiarize yourself with all the laws.
