My trial starts on the Morning of November 1st at the Clacamas County Courthouse, in Oregon City.
The real point that needs to be recognized is that when the Police did not find I was over on Living plants, they decided to protect themselves by charging me with plants that had died and stems from previous harvests. This right after I had Volunteered to do Hempstalk!
Since the Police have destroyed my evidence and have depended entirely on the False statements of Management and the neighbor they brought in to make a complaint against me.
Even with Proof that all these parts of the warrant were bad, they are forcing this trial and these extreme expenses, to try and force me to not go to trial, hoping the costs associated will stop me from going to trial. Plead Guilty and lose my Home!
All of OGF has to be made aware that it is easier to have us, [Patients], busted and these cops are being given money according to how many busts they make; even if we are found to be not guilty, we are an easy bust to make and the numbers are all they care about! When I was busted, I asked why they were not going after my Meth dealing neighbor, the cops told me they do not go after METH, as they are hard working, good citizens!
I was made a target because I stood up to the Management that has since been fired,[due to the state investigating complaints!], I beat them several times in court so they had me busted by VERY PROVABLE FALSE STATEMENTS! Which I now have to prove in court, all at my cost!
So we as Patients need to have a presence at this trial! This will send a message to this Court that we as Patients will not accept this behavior by these Police.
